Delivery areas

Sikret Retail currently delivers its full catalogue in Metro Manila as well as in the provinces of the Philippines. With vendors like VOOMA, available for purchase all around South East Asia.

Shipping methods

All orders are shipped from our depot located in the Philippines.
Deliveries are ensured by our logistics J&T, Gogo Express, or DHL, with delivery against signature depending on the destination.

Processing and delivery times

Preparing orders :
Off the floor orders are prepared and shipped under 2 to 4 working days after validation of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times :
- Metro Manila: 2 to 4 working days after shipping
- Luzon Provinces, Visayas, and Mindanao: 3 to 7 working days after shipping

These deadlines are given as an indication and may vary during periods of high activity or in exceptional circumstances, and excludes custom items or products listed as "pre-orders".

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are:

calculated at time of payment and displayed before validation of the order,
or
offered when specified on the site (one-off or promotional offer).

Order tracking

Once the order is shipped, a tracking number is communicated by e-mail to allow the customer to follow the delivery of their package in real time.

Receipt of the order

The customer is advised to check the condition of the package upon receipt.
In the event of an anomaly (damaged, opened or missing package), the customer must make reservations with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.
